Install a mod and apply a blueprint
Subscribe on Steam Workshop, then use the in-game uploader/browser that 0.11 added. The sample Unity pack is the official starter for people who want to author, not only subscribe. Version filters exist so a 0.11 blueprint does not silently apply to a mismatched build.
The official 0.11 trailer thumbnail shows a Mods window listing Example Options and Example Furniture with VIEW ON STEAM. That is the first-party UI, not a rebuilt launcher on this wiki.
After subscribe, boot the game, open the Mods window, and confirm the version filter matches 1.0. If a blueprint lists an older EA build, skip it or test on a save you can afford to break.
Blueprints are version-filtered interiors. Competitive interior line is named in 0.11 notes. Apply a blueprint to a shop you already rented; it is not a substitute for Voogle Maps buildings-for-rent.
You still stock and hire after the furniture lands. A blueprint does not skip the five-clause lease.
Blueprints can retile a floor the shop fitter already priced — including that $225 carpet — but they do not pay the rent. Keep the five-clause board on /getting-started/ even when a popular interior is one click away.
Multiplayer is not first-party
Steam tags the product Single-player. Community Workshop multiplayer is mentioned in official YouTube comments and remains a mod. Do not advertise it as a shipped mode. Family Sharing and Steam Cloud are store features; they are not multiplayer.

Steam Cloud and Family Sharing remain store checkboxes. They do not host a second mayor in your Garment District. If a Workshop page promises co-op, treat it as the community mod already disclosed in YouTube comments.
Workshop will not add a first-party multiplayer mode, redeem codes, Linux, or Steam Deck support. Those absences are store facts. Mods can change furniture and options; they cannot rewrite the Steam platform table.
Workshop will not invent SKU prices or opening hours. If a mod adds those, it is a community file with a version filter. Label it as such in your own notes; this wiki will not scrape it into an official table.

The Workshop Awakens shipped 18 June 2026, two months before 1.0. 1.0 did not remove Workshop; it stacked Hamptons and banking on the same build. Install mods on 1.0 the same way 0.11 taught, then check the version filter so a preview-era blueprint is not applied blindly.

A Workshop shop still sits on Voogle Maps, still pays Vantander, still meets Ingrid Schneider on Garment District if that is where you rented. Mods decorate the lease; they do not move 37 1st Street.
If a mod claims multiplayer, it is the community mode mentioned in YouTube comments. Steam’s own tag remains Single-player. Keep that distinction when you write about 1.0.
